We are looking for an awesome recruitment lead to help grow the Nabu network and better serve our clients. The ideal candidate has experience of the full recruitment lifecycle, from talent sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring. This is a key role with opportunities to take on leadership responsibilities for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Assessing applications to join the Nabu network according to established candidate assessment processes
• Conducting phone screens with candidates
  
• Assessing candidates' English-language proficiency according to the Common European Reference Framework for Languages
• Coordinating the completion of coding challenges with candidates
• Communicating results of assessments
• Developing strategies for enlarging the Nabu developer network in response to clients' requests for specific skills
• Mentoring others on recruitment best practices

Skills

• At least 2 years experience in a recruitment role
• Thorough understanding of the developer job market (particularly in EE)
• Familiarity with common applicant tracking systems
• Excellent interviewing skills
• Experience using LinkedIn automation tools
• Experience writing and polishing job descriptions
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong decision making ability
• Desire to work in a fast paced environment
• Formal HR qualifications are a plus, but are not required
• A native or extremely advanced level of English language proficiency is an absolute necessity
